We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all sex dolls. However, some countries have strict laws prohibiting sex dolls and we are unable to ship to these areas. So if you have any concerns, we recommend that you check your local regulations before order.

For customers in the United States, United Kingdom and European Union, there are no hidden fees or additional charges, any taxes, customs clearance or import fees are included in the displayed price. For these countries, we always prepay customs duties for you.

For some countries such as Canada, Australia, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, South Africa, etc., we are unable to prepay import fees. However, we are willing to share up to 50% of the customs duties with you (up to $150), and we will handle the liaison with import customs to minimize your hassle.

Discreet Packaging & Shipping

We always ship sex dolls in plain, brown cardboard boxes or similar packaging. There will be no logos, website, company names, or any indication of the contents on the outside of the box. People can’t recognize the contents of the package.

Delivery Time

After an order is placed, all orders will be processed within 24 hours.

In-Stock Dolls: The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days after payment is received.

Custom Dolls: The estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks (production + shipping).

Exceptions may extend this time frame (like holidays, customs delays, weather & natural disasters, and other unforeseen circumstances, etc.)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially for customizable products. We will promptly notify you if production takes longer.

Real-time Tracking Package

We will email you a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please keep close attention to the order package tracking in case of any situation (e.g. suspending tracking, missing item, etc.).

Usually, your order package will be shipped directly to your location via DHL/FedEx/UPS, so you can always check the shipping progress of the package on couriers’ official website through the tracking number.

In some cases, we may choose to ship your package to your country by plane and clear customs, and then DHL or FedEx or UPS will be responsible for the final delivery and update logistics information. Before the package arrives, the tracking number will only show that the shipping label has been created and no tracking information is available. You may have some concerns about the status of the shipment. During this period, we kindly ask for your patience and assure you that we will take full responsibility for the order.

Important Reminder

Pick Up: If you plan to pick up at a DHL/FedEx/UPS pickup point, please let us know the pickup point address before shipping. You must call the pickup point to confirm if they allow pickup in case the package is delivered to an invalid or rejected address by DHL/FedEx/UPS.

Delivery Address Change: Please confirm the address is correct when placing the order. If you need to change the delivery address after the package is shipped, please email us in time.

Change Delivery Time/Hold On: If you are unable to receive your order package at the estimated time shown by the courier, you can contact the courier directly to agree on a suitable time. You will receive the courier’s details when your order is processed and shipped.

Double Check Package: You must check each item to make sure if there is any damage. If the package box is damaged, please take photos or videos to file a claim with the carrier. It is recommended that you open each unit and check it, even if the carton looks intact from the outside. If you find any damage, please take some photos or videos. Sometimes we also need your help to file a claim with the carrier if the doll is damaged during transportation.

Incorrect Package: When you receive the doll and you find it looks absolutely different from the factory pictures or website, just show us an unboxing video (with the whole body, head, shipping label, and outside package box). We will report and check with our factory and shipping carrier, and arrange a new replacement for you.

Damaged Doll: If the package is seriously damaged, you should file a claim with the shipping carrier when you receive the package. A new replacement will be arranged according to the degree of damage. For minor damage, a repair kit will be provided.
