Cancellations

Please DO NOT place an order until you know what you want. Once you make a payment (a deposit or full payment), your purchase will be considered a final sale.

Cancellation within 24 hours

Customized and made-to-order dolls only

Order processing starts within 24 hours of receiving your payment – the factory begins work on your customized doll. This means that materials are purchased, time is pre-allocated and costs are incurred. We may not be able to meet our delivery guidelines if we do not work to such strict time constraints. So please confirm everything before payment, once your order exceeds 24 hours, you cannot cancel your custom order for any reason.

Pre-made dolls only

Order cannot be canceled once shipped. Cancelling after shipment will incur significant fees (shipping, labor, packaging and storage), which will be deducted from your refund. The exact fees depend on the actual costs. If the cancellation is unsuccessful, you must accept the package and return it to us.

Modifications

We encourage you to review your order carefully before submission. After payment, modifications can be made within 24 hours, please send us an email in time. After 24 hours, modifications cannot be made due to the manufacturing process has already started.

Return Policy

Inspect and Report after Receiving Your Doll

At ShopAdultToys.com, we are committed to providing excellent service. Every order will be strictly inspected, tested and photographically recorded before shipment to ensure that you receive the best doll.

Please inspect the doll thoroughly after receiving it. If you find any discrepancy or damage, please feel free to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. And please provide detailed photos and videos of the issue. Our dedicated team will thoroughly investigate the matter and respond quickly.

Re-shipping, re-production or partial refund for the following situations:

Incorrect Doll:

When you receive the doll and find that it looks completely different from the picture on our website, just show us an unboxing video (including the whole body, head, shipping label and outer box). We will check with our factory and shipping carrier, then arrange a new replacement for you.

Damaged Doll:

You should file a claim with the shipping carrier immediately when you receive a severely damaged package. A new replacement will be arranged depending on the severity of the damage. For minor damage, we will provide all the necessary kits to help you repair it.

Missing Package:

If the tracking number shows that your package was delivered successfully but you did not receive anything, please call DHL/UPS/FedEx and file a claim ASAP. Just in case, we have added adult signature service for most packages (there may be exceptions).

* DO NOT RETURN THE PACKAGE DIRECTLY

Adult products are generally not accepted for return. If you have a legitimate reason to return, we will accept the return if the product is BRAND NEW, UNUSED, and HAS NEVER BEEN OPENED. Our team will thoroughly check your doll package, once we confirm that the packaging is intact, we will refund you the remaining amount after deducting certain fees (shipping and restocking fees). and if we find any violation of our return policy, a refund will not be issued, and serious cases will be reported to credit agencies.

We sincerely urge you not to initiate a dispute, which may lead to unnecessary costs and complications, such as delayed refunds or refund processing fees. But instead contact us directly, we can deal with any issues and concerns as quickly as possible and provide a satisfactory solution, avoiding unnecessary costs and delays.

If you are not satisfied with the final solution we provide, then initiate a dispute.

Refund Timeline

Once we agree to a cancellation or refund, any refund will be made to the same payment method used to purchase the product(s).

The refund timeframes for different payment methods are as follows:

PayPal (7 working days)

Credit/Debit Card (6-10 working days)

If the standard timeframes have expired and you still have not received your refund, please contact us to obtain the refund transaction ID and then contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information. The time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account depends on your bank.
